BY-LAW NO. 1406/81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Transfer between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and Chrand Construc-
tion Inc. respecting Part Block R-1, Plan
M-1058 (Part 7, Plan 40R-6672)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of that part of Block R-1, Plan M-1058, Pickering, designated
as Part 7 on Plan 40R-6672; and
WHEREAS, Chrand Construction Inc. is the owner in fee simple of lands
immediately adjacent to the above-mentioned lands and requires owner-
ship of same in order to gain access to Parkside Drive;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer
in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A", between the Corpor-
ation of the Town of Pickering and Chrand Construction Inc.
respecting that part of Block R-1, Plan M-1058, designated as
Part 7 on Plan 40R-6672. (Parkside Drive)
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day
of December , 1981.
