BY-LAW NO. 1377/81
Being a By-Law to exempt certain parts of
Plan M-1210 from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the Planning
Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, the council of a municipality may by
By-Law provide that section 29(5) does not apply to lands within a
plan of subdivision as designated in the By-Law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 29(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, does
not apply to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan M-1210 - Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33,
34, 35 and 36
2. This By-Law shall not come into effect until approved by the
Regional Municipality of Durham.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day
of October, 1981.
