BY-LAW NO. 1373/81
Being a By-Law to dedicate Block B, Plan
M-1171, Pickering as public highway
(Lodge Road)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of Block B, Plan M-1171, Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Block B, Plan M-1171,
Pickering; Lodge Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
5th day of October, 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario, and being composed
of all of Block B, according to a Plan of Subdivision registered in
the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No.
40) as Plan M-1171;
BEING part of Parcel Streets-1 for Section M-1171, Pickering.
