BY-LAW NUMBER 1371 /81
Being a by-law to repeal By-law Number C-3.
WHEREAS by By-law Number C-3, enacted on January 21, 1980,
Mr. George Nunes and Mr. Albert Edward Wilkens were appointed
as By-law Enforcement Officers for the purpose of enforcing
the fire route regulations of By-law Number 851/78 at the
Sheridan Mall; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to repeal By-law Number C-3
due to the death of Mr. Albert Edward Wilkens and the inability
of Mr. George Nunes to carry out his duties satisfactorily as
By-law Enforcement Officer;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. By-law Number C-3 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 5th day of October, 1981.
