BY-LAW N0.1354 /81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Release by the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering of Pine Ridge Nurseries
Limited from a Demolition Agreement
respecting Part Lot 18, Concession 2,
Pickering
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Pine
Ridge Nurseries Limited entered into an Agreement dated
July 18th, 1977 and registered July 22nd, 1977 as Instru-
ment No. D51575; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release Pine Ridge
Nurseries Limited from the provisions of the said Agree-
ment;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule
"A", between Pine Ridge Nurseries Limited and the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering respecting
Part Lot 18, Concession 2, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 8th day of September, 1981.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to
it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
PINE RIDGE NURSERIES LIMITED
its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes
of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as
a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
July 18th, 1977 and registered as Instrument No. D51575
between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
PINE RIDGE NURSERIES LIMITED
concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its
properly authorized officers this 21st day of September,
1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario, containing by admeasurement four acres, be the
same more or less, and being composed of part of Lot Number
Eighteen in the Second Concession of the said Town of
Pickering and being better known and described as follows,
that is to say:
COMMENCING where a post has been planted at the distance
of 3,300 feet on a course of South 16 degrees East from
the North West Angle of said Lot;
THENCE North 74 degrees East, 704 feet;
THENCE South 16 degrees East, 248 feet;
THENCE South 74 degrees West, 704 feet to the Western
limit of said lot;
THENCE North 16 degrees West, 248 feet to the Place of
Beginning,
