BY-LAW NUMBER 1343/81
Being a by-law to amend By-law 911/78
dedicating certain highways within the
Town of Pickering as through highways.
WHEREAS By-law 911/78 provides for the dedication of certain
highways within the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend that By-law to
dedicate portions of Maple Ridge Drive and Bushmill Street in
the Maple Ridge subdivision as a through highway;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 911/78 is hereby repealed and
the Schedule attached hereto as Schedule "I" to this
By-law is substituted therefor.
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that
it is approved by the Council of the Regional Muni-
cipality of Durham and when signs to the effect are
erected.
3. By-law 1292/81 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 6th day of July, 1981.
