BY-LAW NUMBER 1342/81
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
264/75 to establish the speed limit on
West Shore Boulevard.
WHEREAS By-law Number 264/75 allows Council to authorize the
speed limits on highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of
Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on
West Shore Boulevard from Bayly Street to Lake Ontario at 40
kilometres (25 miles) per hour;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" of By-law Number 264/75 is hereby amended
by adding the following line:
West Shore Boulevard Bayly Street Lake Ontario
2. This By-law shall take effect upon approval by the
Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 6th day of July, 1981.
