BY-LAW NUMBER 1308/81
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended
to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Pickering District Planning Area
Region of Durham, on Part of Lot 24,
Concession 2, in the Town of Pickering.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
passed By-law 1228181, amending By-law 3036, on the 2nd day of
February 1981, to permit the development of single family
detached dwellings on the subject lands, being part of Lot 24,
Concession 2, Pickering;
AND WHEREAS By-law 1228/81 did not require the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering now deems it desirable to amend By-law 1228/81
because of a re-orientation of a lot line in one area of the
said lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 1228/81 is hereby revoked and
Schedule "I" to this By-law hereby substituted therefor.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board, if required.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 15th DAY OF June 1981.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 15th DAY OF June , 1981.
