BY-LAW NO. 1239/81
Being a By-Law to dedicate Part Lot 20,
Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering (Part 1, Plan
40R3953) as a public highway
(Sandy Beach Road)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
is the owner in fee simple of certain lands known as Part Lot 20,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, designated as
Part.l on Plan 40R-3953; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those
lands as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a
part of this By-Law, are hereby dedicated as a
public highway (Part Lot 20, Range 3, B.F.C.,
Pickering - Part 1, Plan 40R-3953; Sandy Beach Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 16th day of February, 1981.

TO BY-LAW 1239/81
ALL and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises, situate, lying and being composed of Part of Lot 20,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering
in the Regional Municipality of Durham (formerly in the
Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario) Province of
Ontario and now designated as the whole of Part 1 on a Plan
of Survey of Record filed in the Land Registry Office for
the Registry Division of Ontario County (No. 40) as
Plan 40R-3953.
