BY-LAW NO. 1233/81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Discharge of a Collateral Mortgage
between Charles Gordon Willson and the
Corporation of the Town fo Pickering
respecting Part Lot 31, Concession 4,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Agreement, dated October 16th, 1978,
and registered November 21st, 1978 as Instrument No. D80808,
Anna E. Willson agreed to redevelop Lots 3n, 31 and 32, Plan
21, Pickering (19hitevale) to certain standards set out
therein; and
WHEREAS, to secure the satisfactory compliance with that
Agreement, Charles Gordon Willson, the husband of Anna
Willson, provided a Collateral Mortgage security in the
amount of $16,000 to the Town; and
WHEREAS, the property has been redeveloped satisfactorily and
it is now deemed expedient to discharge the said Collateral
Mortgage security;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
Discharge of Mortgage in the form attached hereto as
Schedule "A" between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Charles Gordon Willson respecting a Mortgage
dated October 13th, 1978 and registered October 20th, 1978
as Instrument No. D78916 on property being part of Lot 31,
Concession 4, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 2nd day of February , 1981.
