BY-LAW NO. 158~82
Being a By-Law to dedicate Block 129, Plan
40M-1232, Pickering as public highway
(Foxwood Trail)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of certain lands known as Block 129, Plan 40M-1232, Pickering;
and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public high-
way;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are
hereby dedicated as public highway Block 129, Plan 40M-1232,
Pickering; Foxwood Trail).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
15th day of November , 1982.
SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises sit-
uate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, Regional Municipality
of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of the whole of
Block 129 according to a plan filed in the Land Registry Office for the
Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as No. 40M-1232.
