BY-LAW NO. 1453/82
Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 1416/82,
providing for the regulation and licens-
ing of places of amusement.
WHEREAS, on January 18th, 1982, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 1416/82 to provide for the regulation
and licensing of places of amusement; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend that By-Law in certain respects;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
Schedule "A" to By-Law 1416/82
attached hereto as Schedule "I"
therefor.
is hereby revoked and the Schedule
to this By-Law is substituted
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
1st day of March, 1982.
