BY-LAW NO. 1441/82
Being a By-Law to dedicate Blocks 63, 64
and 65, Plan M-1223, Pickering, as public
highway (Woodruff Crescent; Aspen PDad;
Stonepath Circle)
~{EREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in
fee simple of certain lands known as Blocks 63, 64 and 65, Plan M-1223,
Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pick-
ering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Block 63, Plan M-1223,
Pickering; Woodruff Crescent).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Block 64, Plan M-1223,
Pickering; Aspen Road).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "C" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Block 65, Plan M-1223,
Pickering; Stonepath Circle).
