HomeMy WebLinkAbout By-law 1761/83THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1761/83 Being a by-law to dedicate Block 44, Plan M-1202 and Block 69, Plan 40M-1271, as public highway (Maple Ridge Drive) WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of Block 44, Plan M-]202 and Block 69, Plan 40M-1271, Picketing; and WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highways; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The lands more particularly described in Schedules "A" and "B" attached here- to, which Schedules are hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicat- ed as public highway. (Maple Ridge Drive) BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of December , 198 3. Clerk SCHEDULE "A" ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario, and being composed of all of Block 44, according to a plan of subdivision registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan M-1202, BEING part of Parcel 42-1, Section M-1202, Pickering.
