Home My WebLink About By-law 1753/83THE CORPORATION OF THE 7OWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW N0.1753 /83 Being a by-law to dedicate Part Lot 6, Plan 818, as public highway (Part 3, Plan 40R-3170; Fairport Road) WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of certain lands known as Part Lot 6, Plan 818, being Part 3 on Plan 40R-3170, Pickering; and WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public highway.
