BY-LAW NUMBER 1743/83
Being a by-law to repeal By-law Number
1565/82 to appoint Mr. Barry Forbes as
a By-law Enforcement Officer for certain
purposes (Parking Regulations - 1210
Radom Street, Pickering)
WHEREAS by By-law Number 1565/82 enacted on October 4, 1982,
Mr. Barry Forbes was appointed a By-law Enforcement Officer
in order to ascertain whether the provisions of By-law 851/78
were obeyed and to enforce or carry into effect the said
by-law; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to repeal By-law 1565/82;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1. By-law Nun~er 1565/82 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 17th day of October, 1983.
