BY-LAW NO. 1722/83
Being a By-Law to exempt certain parts of
Plan 40M-1271 from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning
Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter l, the council of a municipality may by
by-law provide that section 49(5) does not apply to lands within a plan
of subdivision as designated in the by-law:
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does
not apply to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan 40M-1271 -
Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28,
29, 30, 31, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41,
42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 45, 49,
50~ 51, 52, 53, 54 and
- Blocks 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61.
2. This By-Law shall not come into effect until approved by the
Regional Municipality of Durham.

August, 1983.
