BY-LAW NO. 1713/83
Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of a Transfer between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and Runnymede
Development Corporation Limited respecting
Block F, Plan M-1037 (Dixie Road)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of
Block F, Plan M-1037, Picketing; and
WHEREAS by Agreement dated April 18th, 1983, respecting the development of Draft
Plan of Subdivision 18T-80034, Runnymede Development Corporation Limited agreed
with the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to realign Dixie Road in the vicinity of
Kingston Road and for that purpose requires the conveyance of Block F, Plan M-1037,
Picketing;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule "A", between the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing and Runnymede Development Corporation respecting Block F, Plan
M-1037, Pickering (Dixie Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of July,
1983.

Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of
all of Block F, Plan M-1037.
