BY-LAW NO. 1627/83
Being a Restricted Area By-Law to amend
Restricted Area By-Law 3036, as amended,
to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Pickering District Planning Area,
Region of Durham, in Part Lot 22, Conces-
sion 1 (Part 1, Plan 40R-4653), in the
Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-Law 307/75,
amending By-Law 3036, on the 20th day of October, 1975, to permit, inter alia, mul-
tiple-family residential development at a maximum density of 15 units per acre to
occur on the subject lands; and
WHEREAS By-Law 307/75 was approved by the Ontario Municipal Board on the 25th day of
February, 1976; and
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it desir-
able to amend By-Law 307/75 because of a discrepancy between the density provision
for multiple-family residential development established therein and the approved
plan of condominium;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. BY-LAW 307/75
(a)
Schedule "A" to By-Law 307/75 is hereby amended by changing the designation
of the lands designated "M16" on Schedule I to this by-law from "M15" to
"M16".
(b) Schedule "B" to By-Law 307/75 is hereby amended by adding thereto the Stan-
dards and Provisions set out in Schedule II to this by-law.
2. BY-LAW 1279/81
By-Law 1279/81 is hereby repealed.

EFFECTIVE DATE
This by-law shall take effect from the date of its approval by the Ontario
Municipal Board.
