HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1623/83THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 162W83 Being a by-law to dedicate part of Glenanna Road and part of Sheridan Mall Parkway (form- erly Industrial Road) as public highway and to repeal By-Law 1480/82 WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of certain lands in Lots 21 and 22, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-6953; and WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public highway. (Part Lots 21 and 22, Concession 1; Part l, Plan 40R-6953 , Pickering; Glenanna Road, Sheridan Mall Parkway~ 2. By-Law 1480/82 is hereby repealed. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of February , 1983. ,~C le~r k / SCHEDULE "A" to B~z-law 1623/83 ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of those parts of Lots 21 and 22, Concession 1, designated as Part 1 on a plan of survey of record deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham as Plan 40R-6953; AS DESCRIBED in Instrument No. D139925.
