HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1943/84THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1943 /84 Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, as public highway (Granite Court, west portion; Sandstone Manor) WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 29, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 22, Plan 40R-4715 and Part 2, Plan 40R-4884 and of those parts of Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Conces- sion, designated as Part 12, Plan 40R-4830 (save and except Parts 6-12, Plan 40R-5810), Part 1, Plan 40R-4884 and Parts 2-4, 14, ]7-21, which it desires to dedi- cate as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Those parts of Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, more partlcu]arly described in Schedule A hereto are hereby dedicated as public highway (Granite Court). Those parts of Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Picketing, more particularly described in Schedule B hereto are hereby dedicated as public highway (Sandstone Manor). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of December, 1984. yor [erk SCHEDULE A ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham (formerly the Township of Picketing, in the County of Ontario) and Province of Ontario and being composed of: FIRSTLY, that part of Lot 29, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 22, Plan 40R-4715, Being part of Parcel Picketing B.F. 3-30-3, Section Picketing, SECONDLY, that part of Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 12, Plan 40R-4830, save and except those parts of the said Lot designated as Parts 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-5810, Being part of Parcel Picketing B.F. 3-30-5, Section Pickering, THIRDLY, those parts of Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Parts 2, 3, 4, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, Plan 40R-5810, Being part of Parcel Pickering B.F. 3-30-8, Section Picketing, and FOURTHLY, that part of Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 14, Plan 40R-5810, Being all of Parcel Picketing B.F. 3-30-10, Section Picketing.
