BY-LAW NO. 1933 /84
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 20, Plan 40M-
1282, part of Block 28, Plan 40M-1254 (Part 2,
Plan 40R-7581), part of Lot 1, Plan 221 (Part 4,
Plan 40R-7581), and part of Lot 29, Concession 1
(Parts 5, 6, 7 and 8, Plan 40R-7581) as public
highway (Amberlea Road; Highview Road;
Stroud's Lane)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 28, Plan
40M-1254; Block 20, Plan 40M-1282; that part of Lot l, P/an 221, designated as Part
4, Plan 40R-7581; and those parts of Lot 29, Concession 1, designated as Parts 5, 6,
7 and 8, Plan 40R-7581, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

Block 20, P/an 40M-1282, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Highview Road).
That part of Block 28, Plan 40M-1254, Picketing, more particularly described in
Schedule A hereto is hereby dedicated as public highway (Stroud's Lane).
That part of Lot 1, Plan 221, Picketing, more particularly described in Sched-
ule B hereto is hereby dedicated as public highway (Amberlea Road).
That part of Lot 29, Concession 1, Picketing, more particularly described in
Schedule C hereto is hereby dedicated as public highway (Amberlea Road).
Those parts of Lot 29, Concession 1, Pickering, more particularly described in
Schedule D hereto are hereby dedicated as public highway (Highview Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of
December, 1984.

All and singular that certain parcel or tract o£ ]and and premises situate, lying and
being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province
of Ontario and being composed of that part of Block 28, Plan 40M-1254, designated as
Part Z, Plan 40R-7581.
Schedule B
All and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and
being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province
of Ontario and being composed of that part of Lot 1, Plan 221, designated as Part 4,
Plan 40R-7581.
Schedule C
All and singular that certain parcel or tract o£ land and premises situate, lying and
being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham (formerly
Township of Picketing in the County of Ontario) and Province of Ontario and being
composed of that part of Lot 29, Concession 1, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-7581.
Schedule D
All and singular that certain parcel or tract o{ land and premises situate, lying and
being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province
of Ontario and being composed of those parts of Lot 29, Concession 1, designated as
Parts 6, 7 and 8, Plan 40R-7581.
