BY-LAW NUMBER 1909/84
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area
(Zoning) By-law 2511, as amended to
implement the Official Plan of the Town
of Pickering District Planning Area,
Region of Durham on Part Lots l, 2, 3,
4 and All of Lots 13, 14, and 15, Plan
M-89 in the Town of Pickering. (A 12/84)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
deems it desirable to permit the establishment of two residential
lots on the subject property, each lot having a minimum lot area
of 460 square metres and a minimum lot frontage of 15 metres.
AND WHEREAS an amendment to By-law 2511 is therefore deemed
necessary;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
L. BY-LAW 2511
By-law 2511, passed by the Council of the Corporation of
the Township (now Town) of Picketing on the 5th day of
October 1960, and approved by the Ontario Municipal Board
on the 3rd day of January 1963, and amended from time to
time, is hereby further amended only to the extent
necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2
hereof.
2. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENT
Schedule "A" to By-law 2511, as amended, is hereby further
amended by altering from (H)O3B Holding Waterfront Zone to
R4 (One-Family Detached Dwelling Fourth Density Zone) the
zone designation of the lands designated 'R4' on Schedule "I"
hereto, being Part Lots l, 2, 3 and 4 and All of Lots 13, 14,
and 15, Plan M-89.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take
