BY-LAW NUMBER 1908/84
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area
(Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended to implement
the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering
District Planning Area, Region of Durham on
Lot 16, Plan 819, in the Town of Pickering.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
deems it desirable to permit the establishment of two residential
lots on the subject property, each lot having a minimum lot area
of 460 square metres and a minimum lot frontage of 15 metres.
AND WHEREAS an amendment to By-law 3036 is therefore deemed
necessary;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICK£RING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. BY-LAW 3036
By-law 3036, passed by the Council of the Corporation of
the Township (now Town) of Pickering on the 3rd day of
August 1965, and approved by the Ontario Municipal Board
on the 7th day of October 1966, and amended from time to
time, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary
to give effect to the provisions of Section 2 hereof.
2. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENT
Schedule "A" to By-law 3036, as amended, is hereby further
amended by altering from R3 (One-Family Detached Dwelling
Third Density Zone) to R4 (One-Family Detached Dwelling
Fourth Density Zone) the zone designation of the lands
designated 'R4' on Schedule "I" hereto, being Lot 16,
Plan 819.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the date of passing hereof,
subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, if
required.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 1st DAY OF October , 1984.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSEC THIS 11th DAY OF March
