HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1777/84TIlE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1777/84 Being a by-law to dedicate Block S-1, Plan M-1058, as public highway (Millbank Road) WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of Block S-l, Plan M-1058, Pickering; and WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate that land as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The lands more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this by-law, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Millbank Road). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of January , 1984. SCHEDULE A ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, hying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario being composed of all of Block S-I, according to a plan registered in the Land Titles Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan M-1058, BEING part of Parcel Q-l, in the Register for Section M-1058, Pickering.
