BY-LAW NUMBER 2099/85
Being a Zoning By-law to amend By-law 2024/85, which
amended Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of The Town
of Pick·ring District Planning Area, Region of Durham,
in Fart Lot 19, Concession 2, in the Town of Pickering.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
passed By-law 2024/85, amending By-law 3036, to permit the
development of detached dwellings, on lots with minimum frontages
of 13.5 metres, to occur on the subject lands being Part Lot 19,
Concession 2 in the Town of Pick·ring;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing now deems it desirable to amend Schuledule "I" of
By-law 2024/85, to permit the development of detached dwellings,
on lots with minimum frontages of 12 metres, to occur on the
subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATICN OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 2024/85 is hereby amended by changing
from 'S2' to 'S3' the zone designation of the lands hatched
on Schedule "I" attached hereto.
BY-LAW 2024/85
By-law 2024/85 is hereby amended, only to the extent
necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law as
it applies to the lands hatched on Schedule "I" attached
hereto. Definitions and subject matter not specifically
dealt with in this By-law shall be governed by the relevant
provisions of By-law 2024/85.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board.
