BY-LAW NO. 2077/85
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 16 and 17, Plan
40M-1254, Pickering, from part lot control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1,
to the lands described as follows:
Blocks 16 and 17, Registered Plan 40M-1254, Pickering
does not apply
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
September, 1985.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1985, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1985, chapter I, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Blocks 16 and 17, Registered Plan 40M-1254, Picketing
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
