BY-LAW NUMBER 2029/85
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning)
By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official
Plan of the Town of Picketing District Planning
Area, Region of Durham, in Part Lot 34, Plan 228,
in the Town of Picketing. (A 6/85)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
deems it desirable to permit the establishment of two residential
lots on the subject property, each lot having a minimum lot area
of 460 square metres and a minimum lot frontage of 15 metres;
AND WHEREAS the amendment to By-law 3036, as amended, is therefore
deemed necessary;
NOW THEREFORE COUNCIL OF THE ~,~T

HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. BY-LAW 3036
By-law 3036, passed by the Council of the Corporation of the
Township (now Town) of Pickering on the 3rd day of August
1965, and approved by the Ontario Municipal Board on the
7th day of October 1966, and amended from time to time, is
hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to give
effect to the provisions of Section 2 hereof.
2. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENT
Schedule "A" to By-law 3036, as amended, is hereby further
amended by changing from 'R3' (One-Family Detached Dwelling-
Third Density Zone) to 'R4' (One-Family Detached Dwelling-
Fourth Density Zone) the zone designation of lands designated
'R4' on Schedule "I" attached hereto being Part Lot 34, Plan
228.
8. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof
subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, if
required.
