HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2319/86THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 231986 Being a By-law to exempt Lots 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 103 and 104, Plan 40M-1380, Picketing from part lot control. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1993, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des- ignated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Lots 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 103 and 104, Plan 40M-1380, Picketing. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal- ity of Durham. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of October, 1986. 5ohn E.
