HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2222/86THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY=LAW NO.2222 /86 Being a By-law to exempt Lots 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85 and 86, Plan 40M-1380, Picketing from part lot control. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des- ignated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, to the lands described as follows: Lots 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, Picketing 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply 81, 82, 83, 84, 85 and 86, Plan 40M-i380, This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal- ity of Durham.
