WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 2170186 on March 17, 1986 on the assumption that it had on the same date made a resolution declaring the subdivision agreement dated May 7, 1984 between 3.F. Coughlan Construction Co. Limited and Alas;air MacKay Realty Inc. and the Corporation of the Town of Picketing to be null and void, when no such resolution had been made; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. By-law Z170186 is hereby repealed. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 day of April, 1986. LEGAL DEPT.
