HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2149/86THE CORPORATION OF TIlE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO.21~9 /86 Being a By-law to amend By-law 2144/86 (Interim Control-Plannin g) WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.1, s.37, the council of a local municipality may pass a by-law to provide for the interim control of land uses where a review or study of land use planning policies has been directed to be undertaken; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing tlEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Schedule A to By-law 2144/86 is hereby amended by adding thereto Items 9, 10, i1 and 12 and Notes (6) and (7) as set out in Schedule I hereto. Schedule B to By-law 2144186 is hereby amended by adding thereto Maps 9, 10, 11 and 12 as set out in Schedule 2 hereto. Schedules 1 and P hereto form part of this By-law.
