BY-LAW NO. 3437 /90
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Release of a Site Plan Agreement respecting that
part of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering,
designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-11929. (Craig
Willoughby Holdings Ltd.).
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between the Town and
Craig Willoughby Holdings Ltd. dated December 19, 1988, and registered November
14, 1989, as Instrument No. D328050 insofar as it affects Part 1, Plan 40R-11929;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the
form attached hereto as Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated
December 19, 1988 and registered November 14, 1989, as Instrument No.
D328050, insofar as it affects that part of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C.,
Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-11929 (Craig Willoughby
Holdings Ltd. ).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
March, 1990.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is
hereby by it acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges
CRAIG WILLOUGHBY HOLDINGS LTD.
its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all claims,
demands, damages, actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or
may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated December 19,
1988 and registered as Instrument No. D328050 on November 14, 1989, between

CRAIG WILLOUGHBY HOLDINGS LTD.
insofar as it affects that part of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as

its corporate seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 19th day of March,
