BY-LAW NO. 3422/90
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control
By-laws 1377/81 and 2812/88, respecting Lots 1-4,
29-36 and Block 37, Plan M-1210, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 1377/81 and 2812/88 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of March,
1990.
