Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 29 and 30,
Plan 40M-1981, Pickering (Sparrow Circle)
as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 29 and 30,
Plan 40M-1981, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Blocks 29 and 30, Plan 40M-1981, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Sparrow Circle).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
December, 2002.
