BY-LAW NO. ,a) 72/02
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 12, 13, 14,
15, 16, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, Plan
40M-2086, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O.
1990, chapter P.13, the Council of the municipality may by by-law provide that
section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 50(5) of the Planning Act. R.S.O 1990. chapter P.13, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, Plan 40M-2086, Pickering.
This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of one year from the
date of the passing of this by-law and shall expire on December 16, 2003.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
December, 2002.
