Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
a Site Plan Agreement respecting that part of Lot 29,
Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-10946.
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and Beam
Hill Developments Ltd. dated March 28, 1988 and registered on May 9, 1988 aa Instrument No.
LT383521;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto aa
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated March 28, 1988 and registered May 9, 1988 as
Instrument No. LT383521, between The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Beam Hill
Developments Ltd.
BY-LAW read a tVu'st, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of November, 1990.
