BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to provide for
reserved parking for the
patrons of 1735 Bayly Street,
Unit 19, Roll # 22-06005 0010.
Whereas pursuant to paragraph 125 of section 210 of the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 382, as an~nded, by-laws may be passed by the
councils of local municipalities for prohibiting the parking or
leaving of motor vehicles on private property without the consent of
the owner or occupant of the property; and
Whereas the owners of the plaza known as 1735 Bayly have give their
permission to allow reserved parking for the patrons of 1735 Bayly
Street, Unit 19, Roll # 22-06005 0010;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That those parking spaces outlined in bold as shown on Schedule
"A" attached hereto be reserved for the patrons of 1735 Bayly
Street, Unit 19, Roll # 22-06005 OOlO.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
17th day of September, 1990.
