BY-LAW NO, 3508
Bei.n~g a by-law to amend Bydaw 55/74 prohibiting heavy
traJ~c on Valley Gate and to repeal By-law 3493/90.
WHEREAS ,pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S,O. 1980. c.302, s. 210.117,
the Council of-The Corporation of the Town of PickeTing enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting
heavy traffic on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of. By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto
the following item:
HIGHWAY FROM TO
Valley Gate Altona Road Fawndale Road
2. By-law 3493/90 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this. 8th day of August, 1990.

Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting heavy
traffic on Valley Gate and to repeal By-law 3493/90.
WHEREAS ,pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980. c.302, s. 210.117,
the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting
heavy traffic on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto
the following item:

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto
the following items:
Riverview Crescent and Fawndale Road
2. This By-law shall not come into force unless it is .approved .by. t.h.e Council of The
Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Mumc~pahty of Durham Act,
R.$.O. 1980, c.434, s.40.
