BY-LAW NO. 3392 /90
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Release and Discharge of the Subdivision Agree-
ment respecting Plans M-1037, M-1038 and M-1039,
Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.1, s.50, or a predeces-
sor thereof, The Corporation of the Township of Picketing and Runnymede
Development Corporation Limited entered into an Agreement dated December 27, 1973,
Notice of which was registered on September 8, 1975 as Instrument No. LTD8260,
respecting the subdivision and development of Plans M-1037, M-1038 and M-1039,
Pickering;
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the successor to The Corpo-
ration of the Township of Picketing; and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Dis-
charge, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement dated
December 27, 1973, Notice of which was registered September 8, 1975, as
Instrument No. LTDS260~ between Runnymede Development Corporation Limited
and The Corporation of the Township of Picketing, respecting the subdivision
and development of Plans M-1037, M-1038 and M-1039, Pickering.
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
February, 1990.

RELEASE AND DISCHARGE
WHEREAS the Agreement dated December 27, 1973, Notice of which was registered
September 8, 1975, in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of
Durham (No, 40) as Instrument No. LTD8260, between,
RUNNYMEDE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED
hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
- and -
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
[of which Th_e__C_o_r. poration of the Town of Pickerin~jfi__t~h.e__suc_.__c_e_s_s._o_r_L
hereinafter referred to as the "Town",
provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby; and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions o£ that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town with respect to the lands affected hereby;
THE TOWN HEREBY remises, releases and forever discharges the Company, its suc-
cessor and assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts,
claims or demands of any kind whatsoever which the Company may have been, is, or
may become subject to pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as:
Lots 1-21, inclusive, 24-53, inclusive, 69-328 inclusive, Blocks B, C, D, E, G, H and
I, Bronte Square, Culross Avenue, Foleyet Crescent, Glenanna Road, Listowell
Crescent, Storrington Street, Walnut Lane and Wollaston Court on Plan M-1037;
Lots 399-505, inclusive, Blocks J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, S and T, Bowler Drive,
Canborough Crescent, Lutterworth Court, Monteagle Circle and Mulmur Court on Plan
M-1038;
Lots 506-680, inclusive, Blocks V, W, X and Y, Bowler Drive, Bicroft Court,
Canborough Crescent, Hensall Court, Kitley Avenue and Malden Crescent on Plan
M-1039;
Lots 1-6, inclusive, Blocks A, B, G, H and I on Plan M-1153;
Lots 1-7, incluslve and Pinecreek Court on Plan M-1176;
Those parts of Blocks 2, 4, 5 and Glen Eden Court, lying within the limits of Block
78, Plan 40M-1272, Block 1, Blocks 6-9, inclusive and Block 13 all on Plan 40M-1599;
Those parts of Lots 56, ?4, 75, 76, Blocks 79, 80, 83, 84 and Gloucester Square
lying within the limits of Block O, Plan M-1038 and Blocks 81, 82 and 88, all on Plan
40M-1607,
all in the Town of Picketing, Regional Municipality of Durham
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to
by its properly authorized officers.
