HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3351/89 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 3351 /89 Being a by-law to dedicate parts of Lot 19, Concession 8, Pickering, being Parts 7 and 8, Plan 40R-8258 as public highway (Brock Road). WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of parts of Lot 19, Concession 8, Picketing, being Parts 7 and 8, Plan 40R-8258, which it desires to dedicate as public highway, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, S.29B; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Those parts of Lot 19, Concession 8, Pickering, being Parts 7 and 8, Plan 40R-8258 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Brock Road).
