Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Transfer of that part of Lot 2Z, Concession 2,
Picketing, designated as Parts 2, 3 and 4, Plan
40R-12102, from The Corporation of the Town of
Picketing to The Durham Board of Education.
WHEREAS in order to authorize the execution of a Transfer of those parts of Lot 22,
Concession 2, Picketing, designated as Parts 2, 3 and 4, Plan 40R-12102, being the
subject lands in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale authorized by section l(b) of
By-law 3206/89, from The Corporation of the Town of Picketing to The Durham Board
of Education;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing tlEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, transferring from The Corporation of the Town
of Picketing to The Durham Board of Education those parts of Lot 22, Conces-
sion 2, Pickering, designated as Parts 2, 3 and 4, Plan 40R-12102.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of
December, 1989,
