BY-LAW NO. 326789
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an
Agreement to amend the Subdivision Agreement
respecting the development of Block 56, Plan
40M-1480, Picketing (Sandbury Building Corpo-
ration).
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 50(6) of the Planning Act 1983, S.O. 1983, c. 1, The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering entered into a Subdivision Agreement dated
June 15, 1987, with Sandbury Building Corporation respecting Plan 40M-1480, which
Agreement requires an amendment to provide for the development of Block 56, Plan
40M-1480, Picketing;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement in the
form attached hereto as Schedule A to amend the Subdivision Agreement dated
June 15, 1987, between Sandbury Building Corporation and The Corporation of
the Town of Picketing respecting Plan 40M-1480, in order to provide for the
development of Block 56, Plan 40M-1480, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of Octo-
ber, 1989.

ration ).

June ]5, 1987, between Sandbury Building Corporation and The Corporation of
the Town of Picketing respecting Plan 40M-1480, in order to provide for the
development of Block 56, Plan 40M-1480, Picketing.

SCHEDULE A
THIS AGREEMENT made this 2nd day of October, 1989.
BETWEEN:
SANDBURY BUILDING CORPORATION
hereinafter called the "Sandbury"
OF THE FIRST PART,
- and -
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter called the "Town"
OF THE SECOND PART.
WHEREAS, Sandbury is the owner of Block 56, Plan 40M-1480, Pickering, which Block
is designated as a future development block in the Agreement dated June 15, 1987,
between Sandbury and the Town, Notice of which was registered August 21, 1987, as
Instrument No. LT344761; and.
WHEREAS, Block 56, Plan 40M-1480, may now developed in accordance with the deci-
sion dated July 27, 1987, of the Ontario Municipal Board, and the documents ap-
proved therein;
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the Town
lifting the future development restrictions on Block 56, Plan 40M-1480, Pickering,
Sandbury agrees with the Town as follows:
1. The lands affected by this Agreement hereinafter called the "Lands") is Block
56, Plan 40M-1480, Picketing.
2. In this Agreement, the term "Subdivision Agreement" means the Agreement
dated June 15, 1987, between Sandbury and the Town, Notice of which was
registered August 21, 1987, as Instrument No. LT344761.
3. This Agreement and everything herein contained shall enure to the benefit of
and be binding upon the Parties hereto, their successors and assigns.
4. (1) Section 4(1) of Schedule A of the Subdivision Agreement is hereby
deleted.
(2) Section 4(2) of the Subdivision Agreement is hereby amended by deleting
from the first line thereof the phrase "in accordance herewith".
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Sandbury and the Town have hereunto affixed their seals
attested to by the hands of their proper authorized officers.
