HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3233/89 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 3233/89 Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting heavy traffic on Bowler Drive. WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.210.117, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic on the highways; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: l. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following item: Highway From To Bowler Drive Finch Avenue Northerly Extension of Canborough Crescent 2. This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of The Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipality of Durham Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.434, s.40.
