BY-LAW NO. 3223 /89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 7, Plan
40M-1536, Pickering, as public highway (Dahlia
Crescent).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 7, Plan
40M-1536, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 7, Plan 40M-1536, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Dahlia Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June,
1989.
