BY-LAW NO. 3218 /89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
1722/83, respecting Lots 13 to 31, 37 to 54 and
Blocks 56 to 61, Plan 40M-1271, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1722/83 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June,
1989.
