BY-LAW NO. 3200 /89
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Release and Discharge of the Development Agree-
ment dated August 6, 1985, between Pauline
Mancini and the Town respecting Part Lot 19,
Concession 8, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.l, s. SO, The Corpo-
ration of the Town of Pickering and Pauline Mancini entered into an Agreement dated
August 6, 1985 which was registered on September 10, 1985 as Instrument No.
D203966, as a condition of the severance and development o£ Part. Lot 19, Concession
8, Picketing, (LD 74/82);
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and
Discharge in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement
dated August 6, 1985 which was registered September 10, 1985 as Instru-
ment No. D203966, between Pauline Mancini and The Corporation of the
Town of Picketing, respecting the severance and development of Part Lot
19, Concession 8, Picketing.
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of June,
1989.

SCHEDULE A
RELEASE AND DISCHARGE
WHEREAS, by Agreement dated August 6, 1985, a copy of which was registered on
September 10, 1985, in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham
(No. 40) as Instrument No. D203966, between,
PAULINE MANCINI
hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town"
provided for the severance and development of lands affected hereby; and
WHEREAS the terms .and conditions of that Agreement have been superceded by a
subsequent agreement between the Town and a third party;
THE TOWN HEREBY remises, releases and forever discharges the Owner, her heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns, from any and all liabilities,
actions, causes of action, debts, claims or demands of any kind whatsoever which the
Owner may have been, is, or may become subject to pursuant to the provisions of the
Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying
and being in the Town of Picketing. in the Regional Municipality of Durham (formerly
in the Township of Picketing, County of Ontario) and Province of Ontario and being
composed of that part of Lot 19 in the Eighth Concession of the said Town of Picker-
lng, which is more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the bearing of thc easterly limit of the said Lot 19 is North 17
grees, 26 minutes West, and relating all bearings used herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the said easterly limit, distant 2,937.80 feet measured
southerly thereon from the north-easterly angle of the said Lot 19, the said point of
commencement being in line with a fence running westerly;
THENCE North 17 degrees, 26 minutes West along said easterly limit of Lot 19, a
distance of 823.61 feet to a point in a fence running westerly;
THENCE South 71 degrees, 36 minutes West along the said fence to a point in a fence
running southerly a distance of 165.0 feet;
THENCE South 18 degrees, 55 minutes East along said fence to a point in a fence
running westerly, a distance of 65.35 feet;
THENCE South 70 degrees, 55 minutes, 30 seconds West along said fence to a point in
a fence running southerly, a distance of 173.45 feet;
THENCE Southerly along said fence to a point in a fence running easterly a distance
of 330.74 feet measured on a bearing of South 71 degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds
West from the point of Commencement, a distance of ?58.38 feet;
THENCE North ?1 degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds East along said fence, a distance
of 330.74 feet to the point of commencement.
The said lands containing 6.06 acres more or less,
AS DESCRIBED in Instrument No, Dl17789.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by
its properly authorized officers.
