BY-LAW NO. 3195/89
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Release and Discharge of the Agreement
respecting Part Lot 74, Plan 350, Picketing
(being Part 1, Plan 40R-3866).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.1, s.50, or a predeces-
sor thereof, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Stanley Z. Grossman
entered into an Agreement dated June 1, 1978, Notice of which was registered bn
June 21, 1978 as Instrument No. D71133, respecting the subdivision and development
Part Lot ?4, Plan 350, Picketing (being Part 1, Plan 40R-3866).

WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Dis-
charge, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement dated
June 1, 1978, Notice of which was registered June 21, 1978, as Instrument No.
D71133 between Stanley Z. Grossman and The Corporation of the Town of
Picketing, respecting the subdivision and development of Part Lot 74, Plan 350,
Picketing (being Part 1, Plan 40R-3866).
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of June,
1989.

WHEREAS the Agreement dated June 1, 1978, Notice of which was registered June 21,
1978 in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
Instrument No. D?1133, between,
STANLEY Z. GROSSMAN
hereinafter referred to as the "Ownern
- and -
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town",
provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby~ and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town with respect to the lands affected herehy l
THE TOWN HEREBY remises, releases and forever discharges the Owner, his suc-
cessors and assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts,
claims or demands of any kind whatsoever which the Owner may have been, is, or
may become subject to pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as:
Part Lot 74, Plan 350, Picketing, being Part 1, Plan 40R-3866 and Lot I and Blocks 2
to 5, inclusive, Plan 40M-1233 in the Town of Picketing, Regional Municipality of
Durham,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to
by its properly authorized officers,
DATED at Picketing, Ontario this 19th day of June, 1989.
