BY-LAW NO. 3073/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 35 and 36, Plan
40M-1552, Pickering as public highway (Squires
Beach Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 35 and
36, Plan 40M-1552, Picketing which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 35 and 36, Plan 40M-1552, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Squires Beach Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of
March, 1989.
