HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2998/89 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 299~89 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of Transfers of storm sewer easements in Plan 40M-1482, to The Corporation of the Town of Picketing over Part Lots 7 and 8, Plan 40M-148Z, Picketing (Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-11784). WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing requires storm sewer easements over those parts of Lots 7 and 8, Plan 40M-14B2, Picketing, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-11784 for the purpose of draining storm water through Plan 40M-14B2, and pursuant to the provisions o{ section 193 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for acquiring interests in lands; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1, The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, from Ross Stanley Crust and Florence Jean Crust to The Corporation of the Town of Picketing over that part of Lot 7, Plan 40M-1482, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-9249. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in the form attached hereto as Schedule B, from Brian Anthony Yee and Rose-Marie Yvonne Yee to The Corporation of the Town of Pickering over that part of Lot 8, Plan 40M-1482, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-9249. The Trans*feror and its successors and assigns sha]! keep the Lands free and clear of all buildings and structures, except fences, and shall not place or remove any fill on or from the Lands, nor do or permit to be done any other thing which may injure or damage any of the Transferee's works thereon. 2.
